陰囊問題

醫生你好，昨晚發現陰囊下面生左粒野，好似暗瘡咁好似有小小白色既膿，但係唔痛唔痕，唧左出黎會有小小血，我對上一次性行為係3個星期前，會唔會考慮係椰菜花呢？
