精液偏黃

病患者男 - 32歲

1）因為尿頻和尿道口有發炎，醫生開了nitrofurantoin tablets 50mg，每12小時2粒，已知道藥後尿液會變黃，但自慰後發現精液也偏黃了，是因為藥的影響嗎？

2）另外想問在吃藥其間是不是應該停止自慰？包皮炎會不會不停自身感染，就是一處好了又到另一處紅腫？還是因為自慰令別處感染？
