脂肪肝

病患者女 - 31歲

醫生你好，原本係去醫院檢查有無高血壓，結果係無，但醫生話我脂肪扎界，正常係2字頭，我有3.7，叫我做運動，見營養師，想請問，脂肪3.7是否講緊個肝的脂肪？肝的脂肪有無話可以檢查到出來有幾高？這個指數是嚴重嗎？有脂肪肝應該如何處理？
