子宮肌瘤在子宮頸點算好

病患者女 - 33歲

因月經血量過多出現貧血，檢查時發現子宮頸位置有兩粒分別2.4及1.8cm的肌瘤
醫生說會做內窺鏡，但因肌瘤不確定是否突出在子宮頸位置，如突出便可順利切除。
但如果生在子宮頸而沒有突出便不能切除。
請問醫生我該怎樣辦？
