請問怎樣分辨出到底係胃有事定肝有事？

各位醫生，請問怎樣分辨出到底係胃有事定肝有事？本人在3月尾左右出現胃脹，食唔落野，體重應該輕左3kg左右、有想嘔的感覺。之後去睇左家庭科醫生，醫生幫我按過沒有硬塊，結果開左幾款胃藥比我，情況有好轉。不過最近肋骨附近有輕微的刺痛感覺、似裡面損左咁。我真的分不出係胃有事定肝有事。

想問下胃與肝應怎樣檢查？照胃鏡檢查？照CT檢查？
