血小板多

請問血小板過多的原因？有什麼壞處？
可以用什麼方法使它正常呢？
流血時的血較正常"結"而又較深/沉色，是否血小板過多呀？
如果由細到大都係咁又點解呢？
有什麼要注意呀？thanks!
