脊椎

病患者女 - 50+歲

醫生們好，我兩邊手都有麻但右邊較嚴重，肩膊緊，最近舌頭和嘴唇都開始有麻。每早起床脊椎下方都緊，膝蓋也痛。請問需要做什麼檢查，或是什麼治療？麻煩給點建議，謝謝。
