偏頭痛預防藥

食偏頭痛預防藥有一年, 沒有很大進展, 最近3個月停藥.

最近偏頭痛痛了三日三夜, 神經非常敏感, 整日頭暈暈, 決定再食番預防藥一星期

請問這樣食預防藥還有效用嗎?
