頭暈、頭痛、手痳、平行感差

幾個月前屋企發生巨變，壓力很大，頭痛、胃痛的情況未停過，但最近手腳有痳痺及冇力，除了頭痛外，更發現平行感差了，雖然不會跌不隱跌下，但每當在街上人來人往時，便感覺自己的平衡力有些問題，這令我很擔心會中風。我本身有耳嗚已兩三年了，唔肯定同耳有關還是腦神經有問題，請問醫生有什麼專業意見呢？
