椎間盤突出

病患者女 - 32歲

患椎間盤突出差不多2年，咩醫生咩醫法都試過，中西再加物理治療都冇咩用，最後一次照咗磁力共振，醫生建議做手術，因為尼個問題都差不多2年，都見冇好轉，所以提議做手術，但唔知係邊間做好？L5S1突出，左邊壓住神經，葉醫生有冇咩建議可以比下我？
