如何可以消除鞋內的腳癣真菌？

本人多年前曾患腳癣，現已痊癒，當年有些波鞋原來仍未掉去，請問多年前的鞋內會否仍然有腳癣真菌？如果現在重新穿著那些波鞋是否安全？　腳癣真菌在什麼情況下才會死?　腳癣真菌會否因沒食物或水份而死？
