舌底生痱滋

醫生你好，舌底生痱滋，已看了普通科醫生，開了3天藥給我也包括抗生素，但仍未痊癒。請問是否需轉看"耳鼻喉專科"?因為位置隱蔽又沒有痛楚，根本不知道它存在了多久。真的很擔心是惡性病.請問耳鼻喉醫生會如何檢視從而得知病名。
