子宮懷疑惡性腫瘤

病患者女 - 51歲

本人51歲停經一年
今年一月及三月有再來月經情況血量不多去家計會轉介照超聲波後發現子宮內有11cm瘤不似普通纖維瘤建議到公立醫院或私家醫院排期開刀取出來才化驗，醫生說腫瘤位置是孕育BB的地方，請問這個情況下能夠有細胞抽查可以先確定是良性還是惡性嗎？
