出現 頭劇痛 暈眩 反胃 反應

病患者女

在一年服用高劑量pristiq 75mg後
因加入新的睡眠藥Dayvigo 後
突然出現 頭劇痛 暈眩 反胃 反應
因太強烈於是在一個月間將pristiq劑量逐漸減少至0mg
但現在服其他低劑量SSRI血清素藥物也會出現
頭劇痛 暈眩 反胃 反應
這問是pristiq剩下的戒斷反應嗎
因以前服用pristiq前，使用其他SSRI藥物只有腸胃不適
