睡眠呼吸机

病患者男 - 60歲

本人2017確認患此证，並买来呼吸机自动正压机用。初初用还有点帮助的。但之后、侧躺(向左)才能入睡。正躺、向右侧躺都流口並驚醒…
这几个月，每每睡至4-5时，就有点头痛醒了起来。
是否呼吸机己过时要更换另一部呢？
还是本人身体有别的病？
