龜頭脫皮

病患者男 - 42歲

醫生你好，大約個多月前發現龜頭脫皮，本身不痛，但摸脫皮地方會有摸到肉那種痛楚。到現在表皮也沒長回，有可能是感染或性病嗎？請問龜頭脫皮會否自行痊愈？
