看了幾個醫生都找不到是什麼事

病患者男 - 33歲

近呢幾年都有早洩、勃起障礙、每次射精精液都程透明黃色啫喱狀、有時小便去到最後會有少少似精液流出黎、小便唔清、尿頻、勃起時下面比以前腫脹、勃起不夠硬、早上無晨勃、摸睪丸時會痛的問題。
看過政府同私家醫生都搵唔到係咩事。呢啲事困擾左我多年，擔心自己不育。有冇有經驗嘅醫生可以斷定我係咩病？能唔能夠醫治？🙏🙏🙏
