朱古力瘤手術後藥物治療

醫生你好，我在9月中進行2邊卵巢朱古力瘤切除手術，左邊是由十多顆瘤組成共5cm，右邊一顆2cm，照mri時看到沾黏到直腸。想了解下除了食荷爾蒙藥的方案外，因我的腸胃對西藥會容易起不良反應，請問使用黃體素子宮環的方案也合適我的情況嗎？請問需要醫生的轉介信才能到公營部門（如家計會）安排放入藥用子宮環嗎？
