兩腳小腿肌肉入腳掌均大小不一

近年兩腳小腿肌肉大小不一變得明顯.
右腿圓周比左腿大4cm.
本來已有大小腳掌的問題,右腳較大.
左腳單腳墊腳尖無力.
不知到哪裡出問題?還是先天缺憾.
