鼻翼長出一顆肉粒

病患者女 - 47歲

鼻翼長出一顆小肉粒（近肉色的），本來以為是疣，曾經洗面時不小心勾倒它試過出血
曾去過美容院問d小姐，佢哋話唔系疣，大約3mm左右（算大粒），而且應該有根，建議我找醫生睇睇。
請問醫生肉粒會是什麼 ? 又應該点清除呢？
