醫生：你好，最近脊柱其中一節位置（近高腰位置的一節）有少少脹大疼痛，每天近左邊的肌肉都會扯住痛。這情況已3星期了，不知是否發炎還是有其他原因？如果感染非结核分枝桿菌會否有關係？
