成日頭暈，頭痛

成日頭暈，頭痛，中醫話耳水不平，西醫話血管迷走神經，但我無耳鳴，祇是去到人多，空氣不好就頭暈，頭痛，唔知係米枕頭不好，每天都要貼(止痛貼)膠布才能睡，請問我究竟咩事？

PS 成日無氣咁，行兩層樓都喘氣，可能食西藥食得多
