結腸黑變病

本人服食含"番瀉藥"成份的瀉藥有十年多, 但現已停藥七年。想請問 :

(1) 長期食瀉藥, 會否做成"結腸黑變"病?
(2) 停用瀉藥七年之久, 黑色素會否消散減退? (但有十年吃藥史)?
(3) 是否需要做內窺鏡檢查?
(4) 結腸黑變病有治療方法嗎? 會否變成癌症?
