頭髮有癩痢(班禿)能否再次生長頭髮

幾年前剪頭髮時發覺頭髮有幾點係無左頭髮坊間應該係俗稱癩痢或者班禿我有問過屋企人點解會有屋企人答我係細個出水痘後留有既疤痕以前無特別留意但近年係外觀上發覺相當礙眼而且無頭髮個幾點相當明顯所以想問醫生們有辦法醫治或該部位重生生長頭髮？
