找不到源頭的淋巴癌

親人鎖骨附近有腫瘤,經檢驗確實癌腫瘤
做了正電子發現心肺附近淋巴有活躍小結
其他地方正常,沒發現癌細胞
醫生說找不到源頭,前兩天抽血等報告
請問大家有無類似情況?
而找不到源頭會如何處理?
為什麼醫生不直接先切除鎖骨的腫瘤?
腫瘤在幾個月已生長至3.3cm x 5.5cm
其本人並沒有任何身體不適
除了前一個月生蛇
現已結焦脫落,但仍會有痕癢及小痛
