痴脷筋

hello,醫生,其實一路以黎本人講野都有懶音(都好似幾嚴重下)所以很少跟人說話,但由於現在的工作關係,我要常常講野，以致上司說我講野要清晰正確一點，我才發現是不是我有舌繫帶縮短症? 我是否需要剪脷筋?以及哪裡有醫生會做這樣的服務呢? 謝謝。
