你好。以下是本人的健康大概。因家庭醫生年邁去世，希望能找一位像舊醫生般，是腸胃科的新家庭醫生。也希望找一位乾燥症候醫生，因最近眼科醫生告知眼水是0/3，另胃有

上年十二月因胃脹痛、眼和口乾及刺痛半年間漸密漸重，後來耳後腮骨至另一耳後不停長暗蒼，這些前所未見。曾多次看不同醫生，至聖誕節前，一位醫生叫我去看眼科及做下列檢查後告知我有SICCA Syndrome，及幽門螺旋菌超標，但沒說是Sjogren Syndrome。
現想找經驗豐富的胃科、青光眼科、乾燥症科醫生。謝謝幫忙！
檢查如下：
Eye:
“Uncorrected vision: right/left eye > 0.2/0.2,
Slit lamp biomicroscopy showed poor tear meniscus,
Fundal examination showed cupping of optic disc esp. on the right side,
Intraocular pressures at 17mmHg / both eyes,
Schirmer test: right/left eye > 0/3 mm,
Refraction showed mild myopia & astigmatism: right: -1.50 -1.25 x 90 = 1.0
Left: -1.25 -1.75 x 90 = 1.0,
Visual field examination, OCT for RNFL & central corneal thickness: right/left eye: 599/596, Orbscan”
Prescription : Lubricant given: Hylogel & gutt Tears Naturale Free.
Stomach:
“Helicobacter pylori IgG Ab (by CL): Positive (1.4 U/mL)
Prescription for 2 weeks: Amoxycillin 250mg/ 2 times daily / @ 4
Clarithromycin 250mg / 2 times daily / @ 2
Pantoprazole 20mg / 2 times daily / @ 2
（檢查前，約11-12月個多月服用亞痳子油及低脂矛屋芝士磨成醬，每日二次。由2011年始驗到類風濕血蛋白21度二次，因只超標1度及胃曾二次驗到損了所以只吃了約十次後沒再服消炎藥。）
