血管擴張

請問血管擴張症有方法治療嗎？由於面上有太田痣多年前已通過激光治療去除，但是面部激光的位置可能皮膚受損變薄，不斷出現敏感，痕，泛紅，曾經看過皮膚科醫生，只能開類固醇類的藥膏和抗敏藥，最近不斷復發，藥膏無用，要食類固醇才能收縮面部的血管，停用后面部依然泛紅，請問這個情況該怎麼處理？
