假若被該釘書釘曾刺傷並帶有愛滋病病毒的人為文件速遞員(見之前已回覆之問題如下)，而我又於30分鐘後被同一粒釘書釘所刺傷,我有否感染愛滋病的機會?

之前已回覆之問題:
日前打開客戶寄來的文件信封時, 用力打開信封時被封口的釘書釘所刺傷。若此釘書釘曾刺傷帶有愛滋病病毒的人,我有否感染愛滋病的機會?
