用了ofloxacin otic solution 4天轉用candazole 滴耳液

你好醫生, 早前因耳痛求醫,醫生處方了oflaxacin otic solution & levofloxacin 250mg. 滴了ofloxacin otic solution 四天後耳朵很癢往回覆診, 醫生指出外耳炎好了七成及發現有少少耳朵發霉,醫生轉了耳藥candazole solution 及要求停用ofloxacin otic solution, 只食用levofloxacin 250mg.
因ofloxacin otic solution 是抗生素,醫生原要求用七天,請問這樣突然停藥會有不良影響嗎? 因現在耳朵有癢有痛,感覺很奇怪,不知是否有關?
