手臂骨折後

你好：本人年紀四十多因手臂骨折要讓鋼板鑼釘，位置在膊頭對下至手掙之上，
有二年多，現在骨位置已好，但不知應否拆除鋼板鑼釘
平常日常生活冇問題，但一用力就有麻痛感覺，例如經過商場大門
用力推門的時候會出現麻痛和無力
是否拆除鋼板會好一點
