玫瑰痤瘡

本人早年經常以為皮膚敏感，但直至近兩年才確診為玫瑰痤瘡，曾服用皮膚科醫生處方的藥物近大半年，已有明顯改善，也跟從醫生指示盡量避免刺激，平日使有天然護膚產品，但仍然有明顯大範圍的發紅，除眼四週沒有發紅，面部皮膚都明顯發紅及經常復發，請問除食藥外，彩光或激光可否更有效減輕症狀？
