前列腺肥大手術

本人外父要做前列腺肥大手術，請問一般要留院多久？會否令尿道受損？手術後有何要留意？外父住唐樓高層，需行樓梯，是否會令傷口痛？一般手術後要才久才能上班？需休息多久？謝謝。
