扁桃腺腫瘤

幾個月前開始有聽力下降問題，手臂刺痛，經脊醫建議下，照頸脊的MRI，報告指扁桃腺位置有T2腫瘤，約2cm大，現階段想徵求意見，應該直接做手術切除後化驗？還是先抽組織化驗後切除？
應該見什麼科的醫生呢？
