精液黃中帶淺啡色

醫生你好,我28歲
由昨日開始發現精液黃中帶有淺啡色的塊狀,尿道口有少許灼熱感(上一次射精大約在一個月前,並沒有以上問題),今日的情況沒有變,請問是否出現血精?是否需要立即求醫?感謝
