腳會自行向上彈動一下，好像是神經線反射般

本人今年40歲，多年前發覺當躺在床上，雙腳每次靜止不過10秒，便覺庠，需移動雙腳，每次靜止不過10秒,不斷重覆。

如果強迫雙腳保持不動時，則其中一腳會自行向上彈動一下，好像是神經線反射般。

請問是何原因？如何解決？
