墨的問題

本人肚腰位置，這兩、三年生了很多凸起的墨，而且越生越多，圓形，灰黑色，比芝麻還要大點，墨的中間位置摸起上來不滑，周邊就無這種問題，長此下去不理，會否有什麼問題?
以前總是不搽防曬去郊外，所以總是曬黑，但近這幾年很少曬黑，皮膚開始變回白，不知道是否黑色素這樣累積起來變成墨?
