陰莖根部剌痛㾗癢及尿道口剌痛

22號晚進行了無套性行為
23號晚剃掉了小許陰毛
然後陰莖根部就出現了癢㾗及剌痛感
掂落去都痛痛地今日個尿道口都有同樣感覺
對方為剛相識不久女朋友
請問我這是患了疱疹二型嗎？另外貴公司有驗尿服務嗎？
