不孕

范醫生，本人備孕2年，一直無法成功，說是各項檢查都正常，老公精子也還可以。上個月做了人工受精，失敗了，不知道什麼原因。我想問一下，您可以做人工受精嗎？或者我這樣的問題可以來找您看嗎？
