鼻咽癌3期不肯食野

我哥哥是中度智障人士，患了鼻咽癌3期但已電療完約3星期，但這3星期完全不肯食野，現在還在醫院只釣水，想問這樣的話還可以維持多久?營養師開果汁他喝，過了幾分鐘便嘔返出來，還有想問之後還有3次化療可以不做的嗎？影響大嗎？
