左手手背虎口位置長硬塊

醫生好！

本人前天發現左手手背虎口位置，較接近姆指根部，有一血管顏色的皮下硬塊，感覺像多長了骨頭。初時因為跟旁邊的姆指血管顏色一致，以為是血管的一部分，可是一按下去，是硬而不痛不癢的。後來注意多了，按多了，第二天有點小癢，磨擦的話會有點痠痛。但今天不癢了，只是按時有痠痛。

請問這是可能是甚麼情況？
