唔肯定咁係咪有病

我男朋友已經有5次實牙實齒話聽到我同人講野
內容講完都係有"唔好話佢知"嘅message 係説話內容
但我嗰5次都無同任何人講過野，所以我懷疑佢有有幻聽
同佢疑心好大
但前提有樣野我呃左佢5年，最近先同佢講，之後佢覺得我一定仲有野呃佢。所以我去邊佢都覺得我呃佢。

我想問下依啲係咪有精神問題？我唔係好肯定，希望求解答。
