走路時感到疼痛

病患者女 - 27歲
醫生你好!有個問題想請教.....
我走路時會感覺到右邊身臀外側位置有啪啪下既感覺,似有粒珠係入面滾動帶痛楚
大腿小腿亦有拉扯感 , 有時瞓,坐或企都有庝痛
請問點解會這樣??係咪要睇專科先得??診金貴嗎??謝謝
