耳嗚

病患者女 - 37歲

本人兩年前開始左邊耳有耳嗚, 聽力變差, 有時頭搖擺會出現輕微頭暈, 而睡眠時如果向大邊側睡就感覺到頭暈, 中西醫看了多次都沒有改善, 一直不知要再看哪方面的專科. 但網上看資料, 耳嗚可能與頸椎等有關係, 本人的確有頸痛及膊頭痛的問題, 請問看脊醫是否正確? 謝謝!
