腰背痛

病患者女 - 64歲

醫生，你好，媽媽已64歲， 近1，2年，有脊椎彎曲及增生問題，腰背痛，有睇過政府醫生，食止痛藥，針灸，推拿...但未見有效，近月盤骨開始痛, 最近連行5分鐘路都痛到唔想行。請求方法令痛楚降低，需要做手術嗎？
