鼻孔內長期裂開

病患者女 - 26歲

幾年前開始左右兩邊鼻孔都會間中裂開裂開一段時間會自行康復然後又會再裂開有時會同時兩邊有時一邊請問需要向專科醫生求醫嗎？還是去普通科？我本身有鼻敏感經常鼻塞打乞痴流鼻水眼會痕及流眼水
但傷口一定唔係我自己整而係無端端裂開謝謝醫生
