頸部凸起腫塊

病患者男 - 30歲

大約一年前照鏡發現頸部有個位凸起左，大約1-2cm
位置係耳朵下方約2cm，顎骨後
但摸唔到有硬塊/異物
用指尖輕禁會掃平返
但吞口水過一陣又會凸返出黎
無痛感
請問係咪腫瘤？
