I'd like to recommend Dr. So with no reservation for patients seeking urology consultations. I have been bothered by the symptom of (for lack of proper words) "urgency for urination" since pre-pandemic days. I saw a popular doctor (with last name Yang) in 2019. I got a diagnosis, started medication, only to be called back and be told that the prescription was wrong. The symptom did not become more manageable.

I went to see Dr. So. I had to wait for a month to see him because the appointment was full but I think the wait was worth it. Dr. So examined me with care and explained to me with what was the cause of my symptom in layman terms. He had the benefit of seeing diagnosis of the previous Doctor and the fact that the previous medication had not worked but he was able to give me a explanation of why I experience what I'm experiencing and gave me a suggestion on how to live with the condition since it is not of pathological causes.

Dr. So communicated with me in English. This is the reason why I'd like to make this recommendation in English so that patients who cannot speak Chinese may feel comfortable seeing Dr. So.
