嘴唇有黑痣
嘴唇有黑痣（又像瘀血）
嘴唇有黑痣，又好像是瘀血，最近還看見嘴唇傍邊有皺紋類的現象，有十年時間，以前像綠豆大，現在像花生米般大，
擔心癌細胞。好幾年，
現在想看醫生，不知是看外科醫生或是皮護科醫生貨其他專科醫生。

The quality of the photo gave limited information about the nature of the lesion.
Possible cause may include:
1) Lentiginosis (especially when it is flat)
2) Venous lake (especially when it is bulky & elevated)
Dermatologist may give you accurate diagnosis before any invasive procedure.
