牙齒問題

病患者女 - 22歲

因為十多年沒有洗牙，所以有很多牙石，而且牙肉有黑邊，但牙齒不痛，只會對冷熱食物很敏感，請問這種情況是蛀牙嗎？還是是牙周病？如果想治療好，大概需要多長時間及多少錢？
